Marble Maintenance and Cleaning Commencing 25 May 2022

Civium, as Strata Managers of Bridge Point, have contracted PDA Marble to commence marble maintenance and cleaning on the exterior of the building, including Townhouse balconies on Wednesday 25 May 2022 with the latest completion date being Wednesday 8 June 2022. If possible, workflow wise, they are looking to start at Unit 7 and work down to Unit 1 then complete the front façade last.

The work involves the following: rectification to tiles including reinforcing, cleaning, sealing, and installing foam between the substrate and the marble features at the front of the townhouses and other locations around the building.

They require all furniture to be moved away from the marble panels and ideally removed from the balconies allowing them to complete the works to the highest standard. They will also require access to a tap and PowerPoint on each balcony of the Townhouses.

Should you be aware of any damaged marble, please report this to Civium as soon as possible.

Mark has provided the following information by way of introduction to the Bridge Point community:

Mark Zezulka has been with Civium for six years and has progressed quickly through our system due to a strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills with our clients, and a willingness to go above and beyond. In addition to Strata Management, Mark currently holds the position of ACT Operations Manager. This role means Mark oversees the service delivery on behalf of Civium Strata ACT.

Mark has a direct line of reporting to the CEO, Doug O’Mara, as part of this role. Mark has recently been promoted to Partner in the Civium business.  This provides Mark an equity position in the business and as such enables us to offer longevity and consistency in service to the Bridge Point community.  He is the proud father of a 4 month old daughter named Piper and enjoys bike riding whenever possible.

It’s That Time Again: Garage Floor Cleaning: Wednesday 20 October 2021

Please be advised that the car parks of Bridge Point will be cleaned on Wednesday 20 October 2021.

All items including vehicles, motor bikes, and motor scooters, must be removed from the open areas of the basement. This also applies to bicycles, boxes, furniture, toys & other goods stored outside of a storage cage.

It is anticipated that this work will commence at 8:30am and be concluded by 3:30 pm. Accordingly, please ensure that all your items are either stored in your basement storage cage or removed from the basement, and all vehicles are removed from the basement by 8.00am Wednesday 20 October 2021.

Following completion of this work, no items other than vehicles may be stored in the basement outside the designated storage cages.

Free to Air TV Outage

Many of you may have noticed that the free to air connection for your televisions is not currently available.

The outage occurred yesterday and a technician attended but was unable to restore the connection.

We hope that the connection will be restored tomorrow – in the meantime, your connections to other apps and subscriptions such as iVew, Youtube, Stan etc should not be affected.

The Executive Committee is monitoring the situation and trying to restore the service asap.
