The Owners Corporation manages the collective affairs of Bridge Point in accordance with the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011.
The rules have been devised to assist the general well being of the residents in the apartment complex and to ensure that all residents enjoy a maximum of convenience, comfort and privacy.
